Introduction

Padua GP under Champua Block is 27 KM far from Block Headquarter. The GP is established in 1992. Total 7 Nos. of Villages in the GP and divided in to 11 wards. Total population of the GP is 4745 . consisting 2179 male 2566 female (as per census 2011 ). The Total house hold of the GP is 978 . The area of the GP is 180 Hector . GP has some important place like Nishagadia Mela held during 26th January of every year, Lord Shiva Temple at Baliposi Village. Most of the people depend on agriculture and is the main profession of the village people.
